Shipping Policy

Customers can avail Free shipping on Purchases morethan ¥9500.for Dry / Frozen Order
Note : Above condition doesn’t apply for ( Okinawa, Kagoshima. Hokkaido and other island)
Weight Limit per Dry parcel less than 24kg ( Gross weight ), = ¥9500.= Free shipping Else Delivery charges will apply.
When Weight Limit exceeds 24kg ( Gross weight ), ¥200 for every additional 3 kg may be charged.
Low order fees of ¥500 + Delivery charges , for orders less than ¥2000
Shipping charge for Dry and Frozen Parcel is different.
The parcel will be dispatched at the same day the order is placed if it is before 2:00 pm (Mon-Fri) and 12:00 pm (Sat), order placed after the specified timing will get dispatched on the next working day.
Our Office working hours are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on Mon-Fri and 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Sat (except holidays and national holidays )
Orders are not despatched on Sunday & National Holidays.
