Cancellation of any order should be made by phone before 2:00 PM on the same working day or next working day if your order placed on a holiday. Sending an email within the next 3 hours of placing an order (but before 2:00 PM) to tmvsfoods@yahoo.com is always recommended and to avoid any conflict. Once the order is despatched, it is the responsibility of the customer to receive the package with the full payment. If the order is canceled after the above-mentioned time and package has already been despatched , the cost of shipment and handling has to be borne by the customer.
